TriBeCa

TriBeCa, Triangle Below Canal Street, represents one of the most highly sought after downtown neighborhoods for residents.

TriBeCa encompasses the area below Canal Street, Broadway, West Street and Vesey Street. TriBeCa's buildings and cobble stone streets adorn history that dates back to the 18th century.  In the mid-19th century, TriBeCa was more of a commercial center known for commercial lofts and storefronts. This changed however and the neighborhood started attracting artists, and the like, to converting these lofts into upscale homes attracting a new residential demand for its easy access all of downtown Manhattan.

TriBeCa's architecture and rich culture defines the neighborhood today.  Home of the world renowned TriBeCa Film Festival, the neighborhood attracts not only locals but an International artistic community dedicated to the sustainability of its neighborhood and downtown Manhattan after the area got affected by the 9/11 terrorist attacks.  Now home to many, TriBeCa is truly a neighborhood of its own with its diverse residents, great schools and unique businesses.
